  • The Platform Owner shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
Delivery Address:
  • All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the purchase process.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or message on your registered contact details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges:
  • If any shipping charges are applicable on your order, please note that these are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy

Return Timeframe:
  • We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery of your order.
  • If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, your purchase will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Products:
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
  • After inspection and approval, a replacement or exchange will be processed. The replacement product will be delivered within 9 working days from approval.
Inspection and Approval:
  • Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected by our quality team.
  • After approval, your return or exchange will be processed as per our policy, and you will be notified via email or message.
