Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for any product or service purchased through our Platform.
1. Order Cancellation
Standard Orders:
- Cancellations must be made before dispatch or within 3 days of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you may refuse the product at the time of delivery.
Customized Products:
- For customized or personalized products, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount to cover design, material, and processing costs.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- After verification by our team or the respective seller/manufacturer, an appropriate resolution will be provided (replacement, wallet credit, or refund).
3. Refund Process
Wallet Credit
Once your returned product is received and reviewed by our quality check team, the approved refund amount will first be credited to your Wallet on our Platform.
Transfer Process
The refunded amount will remain visible in your Wallet until it is transferred to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
Prepaid Order Cancellations
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation approval.
Customized Product Cancellations
Refunds will be processed after deducting 30% of the total amount.
Return Quality Check
Wallet balance will reflect within 24–48 hours, and transfer to the original payment method will be completed within 7 days.
